Fridgecrisis Games is operated by me, Jaron Frost, and I occasionally receive help or advice from my wife Rachel and our friends. As a small independent studio, we have no interest or advantage in collecting any more of your personal information than is necessary to process your shop orders or send occasional newsletter emails. We only send email newsletters to addresses that have specifically opted-in to receive them, and all marketing emails will contain an unsubscribe link at the bottom allowing you to opt-out at any time.

Some of the third-party website apps and technologies we use–namely WordPress, WooCommerce, and BlueHost–allow you to create an account on our site and potentially store shipping addresses and payment methods. This is an entirely optional service and should only be used if you are comfortable with it. We can not guarantee that these third-party tools are immune to data breaches. Your data can be deleted at any time through the My Account interface or by reaching out to us via email.

When you leave a comment or check the “remember me” box when logging into your account, this website uses cookies to store that information. This enables you to leave additional comments or log in again later without having to re-enter your information. All of these cookies have expiration dates of 1 year or less and can be deleted from your browser using their built-in tools.
